Michelle is an experienced Creative Director and Designer, having held senior, pivotal roles at renowned organizations, including Coty, Inc., Viacom, and NBCUniversal. Her expertise covers a diverse range of industries, including beauty, fragrance, fashion, and entertainment for notable brands such as L'Oreal, Chanel, Maybelline, and MTV.

Currently, as Senior Creative Consultant at Coty, Inc., Michelle spearheads projects for Sally Hansen Global and Sally Hansen US. These projects include creative development, point-of-sale (POS), print, digital, and packaging design. Previously, as Associate Creative Director at MTV, she led initiatives for high-profile events such as the MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs), shaping on-air, print, and digital campaigns for the network.

Michelle is also the co-founder of a children's pre-reading game called HopLingo™. After the initial design and production phase, she spent a year in R&D testing HopLingo™ to elementary school children in California. Her experience with teaching as well as the children themselves consistently remind her to always stay open to new ideas and the value of having fun in all spaces.

Michelle currently lives in Brooklyn, NY where she is restoring her beloved 19th century brownstone for her and her daughter.
